The Baby Boy Clinic is a specialized pediatric surgery clinic based in Saudi Arabia, focused on providing specialized care for children in an environment designed to address the child’s needs while ensuring parents feel comfortable and reassured
The Project
Baby Boy Clinic approached us to develop a series of specialized educational content pieces about pediatric circumcision
After receiving the necessary medical information from the clinic’s team, we transformed the provided information into accessible visual content, taking the project from research and idea development to content writing, production, and execution
Video One: Circumcision in Ancient Egypt
We began by researching the history of circumcision in Ancient Egypt, then developed the concept, wrote the content, and transformed it into an animated video that presented the information through an educational storytelling format
The goal was to approach a medical topic from a different and more engaging perspective while maintaining the accuracy of the information based on the available sources and medical material provided
Video Two: Circumcision Using the Plastic Ring
We then developed a second video focusing on circumcision using a plastic ring, with the aim of explaining the procedure and presenting the relevant information to parents in a clear and accessible way
We worked with the medical information provided by the clinic and translated it into visual content that made the procedure easier for parents to understand and follow
The project demonstrated how the right creative approach can turn specialized medical knowledge into content that is both informative and accessible, while staying true to the medical context and the clinic’s communication goals
