VeraFiber is a white label product manufactured in Indonesia and introduced to the Bahraini market with a formula based on Glucomannan Fiber
The main challenge was to introduce a product built around an existing formula without a clear positioning that could differentiate it in the consumer’s mind or make its core idea easy to understand
Positioning
Rather than presenting VeraFiber simply as a fiber-based product, we looked for a simpler and more accessible way to communicate its value to the audience
We positioned the product around the idea of a “Satiety Drink” and a “Weight Loss Drink” leveraging its format and the way it is consumed as a drink. This helped transform the concept of fiber from a technical nutritional term into an idea that was easier for consumers to understand and remember.
This positioning gave us a clear foundation for building the product’s content and communication strategy
From Positioning to Execution
Once the product’s marketing direction was established, we began translating the positioning into visual content that could explain VeraFiber and communicate its concept in a simple and engaging way
As part of the content we produced, we developed an AI-powered video, taking the project from concept development and scriptwriting through to final execution. The goal was to explain the product and make its core idea easier for consumers to understand
The video was then used as part of an advertising campaign to introduce the product and reinforce its positioning.
Developing the Visual Direction
We did not treat VeraFiber’s visual identity as a fixed template. Instead, we developed multiple visual directions for the content as part of an ongoing creative development process, exploring different ways to present the product and communicate its key messages
The designs varied in their visual approach and presentation while maintaining a consistent focus on the product’s positioning and overall identity
